Manufacturing of these connectors include processes like Soldering, Resistance Welding, Ultrasonic Welding, Riveting, Contact assembling into housing, 2 Component silicone dispensing etc. End of line testing includes Leakage test, Continuity test, Insulation resistance & High voltage test, Spring force check, Contact height measurements, Endurance test, Camera check etc. For batch code marking we have high end laser marking machines.
